We have a Sugar Creek on the other side of the mountain from me and a Steel Creek around Brevard NC.

So every year we buy season passes they give us access to the grounds and house. We mainly use it for the grounds. It has trails all thru the estate, so it's great for the dog. And when we're done we go out to eat lunch. Today was in the R.A.D. across the river at the Guajiro Cuban food truck it was great. Had the Cuban sandwich and Tostones, the sandwich was big enough for 2 people for $13.00 had to bring home the plantains.

I haven't been able to kneel, crouch or crawl in several years...

I believe there are two already kicking around. Tools tend to get scattered between the various properties so having a few of something isn't a bad thing - for $2.
