Why? You think they have them coming off the line already?

They dial back production to be more in line with demand so they are not forced to devalue their product should be the answer, most of them get themselves into an inventory hole before they realize this and take short term measures to remedy the problem...most of those short term measures have long term consequence.

Sure, Toyota can dial back production, but at the end of the day, they've still effectively cut the nuts off of their mid-size truck market by setting the price points too high.

Yeah, there are dealers out there with May build dates and June deliveries. I think there are some TH models with May delivery dates. The sport hybrid allocation I passed on had a mid May delivery date.

I don't disagree with that, I think they might have underestimated how much competition they were going to have in that vehicle category.

FYI...as of last week...a lot of them didn't even know they had them since they were coded weird in their system. When I was with my sales person it just showed a vehicle but not which one. The color code was there as well as all the build codes and that was how they figured they had them. Not sure if it has now changed since the pricing is there.

Since the Pro pricing has come out and we have been comparing what you can get for the same money etc, I figure you could throw the all new Ram RHO in the mix. Tows over 8300 lbs, 1500 plus payload with 540 HP and 521 Torque. Cost is about 5K more than the 4th gen TRD PRO. And I do believe you can still get an unlimited mileage bumper to bumper on them but that may have changed.

You can take it in to service, to have a tech look to see if he can replicate. If he can't you can try doing what this guy suggests in the last part of this video:

Like the 3rd gen door chime. The dealer turns it off but, it returns every other time the door is ajar...lol

Dodge hasn't made a truck for 15 years. You're way behind the times. I had a 2015 Ram 1500 R/T. One of the best vehicles I've ever owned. I have had six Dodge's since 2010. Also no problems whatsoever. This isn't 1976 anymore.

I noticed that too more in the I-Force max configurator. I’m waiting for the configurator to include the same goodies as the non hybrid
