    Hello World,

Currently running a Red 2014 Tacoma Access Cab 2.7l Cyl 4x4.
ARE extended camper shell black. Tires = 265 75 16 AT. Stock steel wheels.

    I really enjoy this truck.
    Here are some reasons why:
    Light weight... floats atop snow
handles very well in all conditions... snow, ice, sand, scree, lava rock, mud
weight distributed evenly front and rear axles,
is really quite on road and off,
has plenty of ground clearance with stock struts and leaf springs,
    6ft bed sleeps well,
access cab carries friends and is fun and different even though its a squeeze,
Avg 22 mpg highway 18 city.
no need to speed ill take my take time and relax
stock sound system is very nice... I recently found out there are tweeters in the cab ceiling!

    Qualities I appreciate:
    Chrome details front and rear.
The view of the hood of the car from drivers seat.
2.5 gen front design looks sharp
Stock Solid chrome steel rear bump guard
Access cab rear door display... how both door open separate from each other. There is no center beam between front and rear of car. Great for camping changing/ storing into gear.

    Mods: "Chronological"
    ARE Camper shell extended.
    Fog lights
    larger tire ~31"
Large mud flaps "missing the stock OEM 4x4 ones :("
Yakima camper shell rails with extended cross bars
    Rear Bilstein 1500 struts
Rear Dakar Add A Leaf (ALL) "I want rake camper shell takes away"
    Paint correction buff

It's really difficult resisting lifting, chopping, bolting, painting etc...
I want to keep it stock as long as I can.

    Short term goals:
seal bed and canopy from rain
Relocated battery to center rear of truck.
Install front bilstein 5100 adjustable struts "1st or 2nd ring looking for 1-1.5in of lift.
    Window tint.
    Window skirts
K&N air intake "maybe just love the woosh sound"

    Long term goals:
Stock on the outside. Tuned triple bypass suspension 2'' lift 33" tires. Run the 4cyl as long as I can. Currently 4/25/2024 at 66k miles. Swap engine for a diesel generated electric drive.

Welcome to the forum! Beautiful truck.

Everyone who has ever modified a vehicle, gets nostalgic about it in its stock form. Atleast I do. Take things slowly and enjoy the ride. Let’s go places :)
