How to disable seat belt reminder

This is how I disabled the seat belt reminder in my 2014 Tacoma T-Force. It only took about 10 minutes per seat. First, unscrew the 4 bolts that hold the seat down to gain better access to the seat belt receiver. Unscrew the receiver from the side of the seat. Then I removed the plug for the reminder. (See pictures). You can see in the pictures that the white W-shaped tab, when pushed down, turns off the seat belt light, or in other words, it makes the computer think that the seat belt is connected. I taped down this w shaped tab, left it disconnected from the receiver, and tied it under the seat out of the way. The truck seat belt reminder light now doesn't come on at all. However, anytime I would like to reconnect the seat belt light I can do so with little difficulty.
