Im new to the forum. Bear with me with my posting weirdness. I’m repairing the front section of my frame and cut off these peices from an 01 for my 98. Plan to use my Lincoln fc90i (small flux core) any tips appreciated. A friend of mine who was a pipe fitter told me if I cut it at a 45 I’d get more connecting area and better connection.
