6T Jackstand With Lock

Found my (unused) 6T stands were fitted with sketchy locks - prone to slipping out of engagement! Designed a one inch thick, 3 tooth pawl to fit tight in the rack and lock in place with 5/8 bolts. Solid now - won't even rattle..

      These bolt-in locks are not quick nor convenient. But I set them at a height that I usually lift the truck for service and leave them there. These are the stands that Harbor Freight recalled (missed that little fiasco) due to the worthless height locks. I have a second set of 6T's that have adjustment available plus lock pins.
