20201213 - Painting The Spare Tire Carrier

They aren't perfect, but they've got 3 coats of Rustoleum Satin Enamel and are ready to be reinstalled. While I had them off I bent the arms a slight bit to accommodate the 235/85r16 tires I'm currently running.
