20201208 - Comparing Tanks

With the old tank out, we can compare. The Spectra looks well made and appears to be an exact copy of the OE. The Spectra seems to be painted already, and has a slick surface. I don't think paint would adhere without sanding. Tomorrow I'll order a few more parts, and begin refreshing the skid.
